Volunteer Participants

For self-referred adults choosing anger management on their own terms — no court order, no probation officer, no employer directive. Just growth.

Not everyone who takes an anger management class is under a court order. A meaningful portion of our participants are Volunteer Participants — people who recognized the pattern in themselves and chose to do something about it before the pattern chose for them. Same ZOOM classes, same certified curriculum, same live human instructor. Different reason for showing up.

Why Volunteers Attend

Save a Relationship

Marriage on the brink, a partner asking "when are you going to fix this?" — proactive work before separation, divorce, or an order of protection.

Parenting Under Pressure

Reacting to kids in ways you swore you wouldn't. Learning the pause between trigger and response.

Career & Executive EI

Emotional intelligence for professionals — managers, executives, founders — where a single blow-up can cost a promotion, an account, or a co-founder.

Road Rage Wake-Up

Near-miss on the A1, A2, A3, or the Gotthard Tunnel — before it becomes an arrest or worse.

Post-Trauma Regulation

Anger as the surface of grief, trauma, or unprocessed loss. Learning to name what's underneath.

Self-Development

You've done therapy, meditation, journaling — but anger keeps landing in the same places. Time for structured skills.

What's Different for Volunteers

Complete confidentiality — no court reporting, no records to any authority. No probation officer to update. No attorney to email. No HR file. Whatever you learn, whatever you share, stays between you and Richard. You can complete as few or as many hours as you choose — one class, a full 8-hour intensive, or an ongoing weekly practice. Same $25 USD/hour Central European Summer Time (6 hours ahead of ET) schedule. Same certified curriculum. Same live human instructor.

How to Start as a Volunteer

Use the same Free Registration Intake Form below. When you register, mention that you're a Volunteer Participant, not court-referred, in the intake notes. Richard will text you class times that fit your schedule. Pay per class ($25 USD) or in blocks — your choice, no pressure.

Are your Switzerland anger management classes court approved?
